My career in the Financial Services included working in bank operations, governance & control functions as well as risk and treasury management. With over 30 years of banking experience specializing in International Banking (Foreign Exchange) and Operational Risk Management .
As an Active member of the community through local church and other NON Profit organisations. I provide the much needed guidance through mentoring, providing relevant talks to their challenges to develop capacities within their teams of volunteers until they have fully developed their capacity and confidence.
Throughout every sphere that I found myself in, I was always intrigued by human behavior, always seeing potential on others believing that everyone has got what it takes to make it regardless of any challenges that may present.
The culmination of these experiences lead me to my decision to become a Life Coach and I completed my training through the New Insights South Africa 2014 to become an accredited Life Coaching Practitioner. I then founded my practise Courage Coach Pty Ltd and struck a partnership with a reputable Coaching Company. I am currently focused on Leadership Coaching especially equipping women in leadership roles
